Whose and what information is collected

Unless you are an employee a business associate or a client who engages our services and of which personal information are provide to us for the intended specific use we do not generally collect personal information belonging to third parties like your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number and other personal information (“Personal Data”).

If we do collect such information we do not collect such information without the consent of any individuals to collect and use them for the purpose intended.

Please note that all personal information are confidential and will not be revealed to any third parties unless so required for the purpose for which such information is necessary to provide our services.

 

What do we use the information for?

Personal Data or other information collected from the above may be used for the following purposes:

– To use and apply to the services and documentations requested and required by the clients for the legal services sought
– To improve or provide relevant employer employee management and also such requested and required clients’ service and add on value to these from third party service: your information if applicable will help us to effectively respond to your requests questions, and support needs which may be necessary.
– If and where applicable and applied to send periodic emails if applicable: we will send you updates of any occasional company news, updates, related legal products and service information, etc. If at any time you wish to be excluded from the mailing list all that is required is for you to inform us via email of this.

 

How we protect your personal information?

There is presently no such collection of Personal Data or other information in our website but if and when such time arise we will implement a variety of security measure to secure your personal information if and when you provide this to us on our website. As for the Personal Data or other information collected by us from our clients, employees and any third party we have internally security measures in place to ensure that these are used and applied in accordance with the relevant and applicable obligations under the PDPA Act.

 

Do we disclose any personal information to outside parties?

Even then for the personal information which we collect we do not sell, trade, or transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
